SCHOOL & ECE PARTNERSHIPS
Nature’s Den is partnering with Auckland and North Waikato schools and ECE centres to bring authentic, nature-based learning into your daily programme.
Why Partner with Nature’s Den?
Your centre or school can now offer high-quality Forest School experiences without the stress of designing them from scratch. We bring 12+ years of education expertise and a proven model that thousands of Auckland tamariki already love.
-
Curriculum Aligned: Fully mapped to Te Whāriki and the NZ School Curriculum.
-
Safety First: We provide comprehensive RAMS (Risk Management) and site assessments.
-
Expert Led: Managed by qualified ECE Teachers and experienced Forest School Directors.
-
Holistic Growth: We focus on resilience, risk-taking, and environmental stewardship.
Choose Your Partnership Path
We offer four tailored ways to integrate nature-based learning into your school or ECE centre:
-
Full-Day Programme Facilitation: a complete 5.5-hour immersive session at your site or one of our approved local forests. We provide the staff, the activities, and the resources - you just provide the tamariki!
-
"Seed to Grove" Consultation (10-Week Setup): our most popular option. We work alongside your team to build the skills, confidence, and systems needed to run your own long-term forest school. Includes site planning, educator mentoring, and ongoing support.
-
Weekly Facilitated Sessions: a regular, consistent nature-based programme led by a qualified Nature’s Den facilitator at your location. Perfect for schools wanting a recurring outdoor classroom day without the admin.
-
Accredited Partner Network: already running a programme? Join our network for professional development workshops, annual reviews, and official recognition as a Verified Nature’s Den Partner.
